Born right here in Waikīkī in 1948, we pioneered the resort condominium in Hawaiʻi. Today our properties sit in some of the Islands' most sought-after spots — Waikīkī on Oʻahu, Kāʻanapali on Maui, Kapa'a and Poʻipū on Kauaʻi, and Kailua-Kona on Hawaiʻi Island — giving guests a more personal, locally-rooted way to experience each destination, with more space than a traditional hotel, and more peace of mind than a typical vacation rental.

Vacation rentals are at the heart of what we do, and our condo-style suites average twice the size of a standard hotel room at 550+ sq ft — with many units reaching 1,200–2,000 sq ft — giving families and groups real room to spread out.

Many of our properties feature full kitchens, separate living areas, private lanai, and in-unit washers and dryers, alongside resort-style perks like pools, fitness centers, and professional housekeeping. However you like to travel, we have something that fits.

Yes. Aqua-Aston properties are especially well-suited for families, groups, and extended stays. With multiple bedrooms, full kitchens, and in-unit washers and dryers, our vacation rentals give you room to truly settle in.

Full kitchens mean you can cook your own meals and save $240–$360 a day compared to dining out in Hawaiʻi. In-unit laundry means you can pack lighter, skip the per-piece hotel laundry fees, and keep beachwear fresh all trip long.
